I joined Taylor’s entrepreneurship programme in 2021 under PK CIMB Bank. My family went through serious hardship when the child who had been supporting me fell ill and had to stop working in September 2024. At the same time, I was dealing with chronic health issues and, after joining the MBR 2023 programme, spent two years focusing on recovery and was unable to work. In the end, seeing my children struggle gave me the strength to rise again. My children had supported me for ten years since 2016, and that became the inspiration for my comeback and my determination to change my family’s future
KedaiKitalah operates as a curated marketplace, where all orders are prepared and shipped directly by individual vendors within the KUAT (Kelab Usahawan Alumni Taylor’s) ecosystem.
Each vendor is responsible for processing, packing, and arranging delivery of their products. As such, shipping timelines, methods, and fees may vary depending on the vendor, product type, and delivery location.
Estimated processing and delivery timelines will be communicated at the point of order. Customers are advised that:
Vendors are expected to ensure that all items are securely packaged to minimise damage during transit. Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, KedaiKitalah is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping. However, we will assist in coordinating with vendors and delivery providers where necessary.
For orders involving multiple vendors, items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Customers will be provided with tracking details where available. For urgent deliveries or special arrangements, customers are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order.
