Hi, I’m Kak Cathy. I’ve been in business for many years, including gaining experience overseas, but there was a time I stopped. My journey restarted in 2019 after joining a program with Taylor’s, where I received valuable knowledge and guidance that rebuilt my confidence to begin again.
I’m passionate about what I do and driven to earn my own income so I can be independent, without relying on my husband or children. In today’s challenging economy, I believe business is a powerful way to create stability while also allowing me to help others in need.
Through this journey, I’ve gained not just income, but the freedom to make my own decisions and grow personally. With continuous support from people around me, I hold on to one belief; rezeki will always find its way. Where there is determination, there will always be a path forward.
KedaiKitalah operates as a curated marketplace, where all orders are prepared and shipped directly by individual vendors within the KUAT (Kelab Usahawan Alumni Taylor’s) ecosystem.
Each vendor is responsible for processing, packing, and arranging delivery of their products. As such, shipping timelines, methods, and fees may vary depending on the vendor, product type, and delivery location.
Estimated processing and delivery timelines will be communicated at the point of order. Customers are advised that:
Vendors are expected to ensure that all items are securely packaged to minimise damage during transit. Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, KedaiKitalah is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping. However, we will assist in coordinating with vendors and delivery providers where necessary.
For orders involving multiple vendors, items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Customers will be provided with tracking details where available. For urgent deliveries or special arrangements, customers are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order.
