KedaiKitalah operates as a curated marketplace featuring independent vendors within the KUAT (Kelab Usahawan Alumni Taylor’s) ecosystem. While all vendors are selected and guided to meet quality and service standards, each vendor remains fully responsible for the accuracy of product information, quality, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable regulations. By purchasing through this platform, customers acknowledge that products are supplied directly by individual vendors. KedaiKitalah reserves the right to monitor performance, manage customer experience, facilitate resolutions where necessary, and remove vendors that do not meet platform standards, in order to protect overall quality and trust.
KedaiKitalah is a curated marketplace featuring independent vendors within the KUAT (Kelab Usahawan Alumni Taylor’s) ecosystem. All products are supplied directly by individual vendors, and we work closely with them to maintain quality and service standards.
Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:
Products received are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description Incorrect items are delivered
All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, supported by clear photo evidence.
Once verified, KedaiKitalah will coordinate with the vendor to arrange for a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Minor variations in handmade or customised products
Issues arising from improper handling after delivery
KedaiKitalah reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests to ensure fairness to both customers and vendors.
Orders placed on KedaiKitalah may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided that the order has not been processed or prepared by the vendor.
For customised, made-to-order, or bulk/corporate orders, cancellations may not be allowed once production has started, as materials and preparation would have already been committed.
In such cases, partial charges may apply depending on the stage of fulfilment.
KedaiKitalah reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that may impact vendor operations or result in losses, particularly for time-sensitive or large-volume orders.
Customers are encouraged to confirm all order details carefully before placing an order, especially for corporate and bulk purchases.
