My journey began with a B40 sewing class, where I started dreaming of opening a therapy centre for traditional massage and cupping as an alternative treatment service. Since getting involved in programmes at Taylor’s, I have gained valuable knowledge that I hope to turn into reality.
One of the main challenges I face is attracting customers and having sufficient financial resources to grow my business. At the same time, I am making efforts to learn and use digital tools to support my work.
I also hope to create job opportunities for women, especially mothers and those in need of employment, in this field.
Every drop of sweat, effort, and tears I have gone through is driven by the hope that this dream will become a reality. I aspire to be someone who brings value and benefit to those in need.

KedaiKitalah operates as a curated marketplace, where all orders are prepared and shipped directly by individual vendors within the KUAT (Kelab Usahawan Alumni Taylor’s) ecosystem.
Each vendor is responsible for processing, packing, and arranging delivery of their products. As such, shipping timelines, methods, and fees may vary depending on the vendor, product type, and delivery location.
Estimated processing and delivery timelines will be communicated at the point of order. Customers are advised that:
• Ready stock items are typically processed within a few working days
• Made-to-order or customised items may require longer preparation time
• Bulk and corporate orders will follow agreed delivery timelines
Vendors are expected to ensure that all items are securely packaged to minimise damage during transit. Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, KedaiKitalah is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping. However, we will assist in coordinating with vendors and delivery providers where necessary.
For orders involving multiple vendors, items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Customers will be provided with tracking details where available. For urgent deliveries or special arrangements, customers are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order.
