Mesaf Trading is a business based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, supplying fresh oyster mushrooms, mature oyster mushroom grow bags, and Terengganu fish crackers in both raw and ready-to-eat forms for retail and wholesale customers. The business is built on offering quality products that are practical, accessible, and suitable for a wide range of customers.

In 2024, the founder joined the RHB #JomBiz Cohort 5 programme, which offered a RM10,000 grant opportunity. Being selected into the programme brought new hope and renewed motivation for the business. Through the experience, the founder gained valuable exposure to financial management, pitching, ESG, and business operations. Although the grant application to secure working capital for purchasing 10,000 grey oyster mushroom grow bags was not successful, the journey was still deeply meaningful. It provided valuable business knowledge, stronger networks, and greater confidence to continue growing the business.
